Tier 1: The First Year
A year full of firsts and growth! Emphasis will be on ensuring optimal nutrition and learning how to properly support an infant at home for optimal physical and emotional development.
Infants and parents will spend this entire year learning about each other and bonding. Healthy attachment starts with informed parenting and we will discuss this aspect of care along the way as well.
Suggested timeline for well visits includes newborn, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months and 9 months.

Tier 2: The Second Year
The second year will bring new challenges for children and parents as they navigate new stages of development. If the first year is about learning how's done, the second year is about learning how to do it in style!
This year, in addition to growth, development and nutrition, we will tackle the topic of how to ensure your child gets the most out of his or her toddler years, hopefully without driving you both crazy!
Suggested timeline for well visits includes 12 months, 15 months and 18 months.

Tier 3: Littles, Middles, Teens and Young Adults
When a child reaches age 2, they are ready to launch into all that childhood has to offer, even if not all at once. They are primed for all that is to come. This is a perfect time to celebrate their victories and revisit their challenges, knowing that they too can be mastered in time.
Each year will bring more personal growth and more skills. More of their unique and varied gifts will begin to shine.
Suggested timeline for well visits includes 24 months, 30 months, 36 months and yearly thereafter.
