Dr. Angela Tallon M.D.

Dr. Tallon is a board-certified pediatrician with over a decade of experience in clinical pediatrics. Her philosophy of care is holistic and family-centered. She is dedicated to getting to know each family she serves in a way that allows her to best guide each family through the challenges they may face, whether medically, emotionally or spiritually. Her goal in launching Spirit Pediatrics is to provide a haven for families who long for a more classic primary care setting, a true medical home and a retreat from the chaos of the modern medical system.

Dr. Tallon received her medical education at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed her residency experience at Corewell Health (formerly Spectrum Health) Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. Dr. Tallon most recently practiced in primary care at Trinity Health Grand Haven (formerly North Ottawa Community Hospital System).  She also brings 4 years of experience in child abuse and neglect medicine which have given her a unique perspective on the needs of foster children and children who have endured complex trauma. Occasionally, Dr. Tallon also practices as a locum tenens pediatrician in hospital birthing units in other communities on the weekends.

Dr. Tallon is a mom to 4 daughters. Together, they reside in Allendale, Michigan. As a family, they enjoy summer camping trips in Michigan and the occasional visit to sunny Florida. They also have a number of adorable pets including 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, George and Henry.
